- If it’s not nice enough to grill the chicken, you can bake it in the oven, use an indoor grill or put it in the slow cooker.
- All of these meals are quick and easy. Some of my favorite recipes are featured this week.

Meatloaf is a favorite of mine to make for the freezer. Make enought for 2. Cook one and freeze the other.
The last meal I made for the freezer was a kale, lentil & tomato soup that I slow-cooked. I froze two quarts, one of which has since gone to work with me for three days of delicious lunch! I would love to have a copy of this book, and enough space in my kitchen for a small chest freezer–slow cookers rule!
