I’ve got a fun giveaway for you and it’s a little different than most of my giveaways. This one is from Ebates for their Health and Beauty Week. They are giving one of my readers $100!

In case you aren’t familiar with how Ebates works, you just click through the Ebates site when you want to do some online shopping and the cash back is automatically calculated and put in your Ebates account. I think my favorite store is Lands End, but they also have Target, Sears, Walmart, Vision Direct… too many to list.

There were all kinds of recipes shared on Ingredient Spotlight: Hot Dogs and Sausage this week. Here are a few that caught my eye:

Apple Sausage Stuffed Peppers from Flavors by Four is a nice twist on the classic.
I love this idea for a Hot Dog Bar from Pocket Change Gourmet.
Creamy Rigatoni with Sausage and Red Peppers from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom would feed my pasta addiction.
Parmesan No-Fry Corn Dogs from Once a Month Mom not only sound tasty, but they’re freezer friendly too.
