I hope everyone had wonderful Easter and Passover Celebrations this weekend. We had a chance to spend time with family and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather.
I love the menu this week and I think you will too. It’s just so easy! Anytime I can make dinner simple and taste great too is a happy day for me.
As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert. Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets on the grocery list.
Here’s what is on the menu this week:

Found you via Pinterest. SO glad I did. I LOVE that you help me save time & energy by giving me a menu & grocery list. I don’t mind cooking, but I HATE deciding what to eat. I have frequently been know to tell my husband & kids, “Just tell me what to cook. I’ll cook anything you say. Tell me what to make for dinner!” So this is a Godsend. And as an almost empty nester (kids are 16, 18 & 21) I never know who will be eating at my house. Sometimes it’s 2, sometimes it’s 8 (oh yea mom, Lucas & the guys are eating with us tonight…..thanks son). Actually I love having them eat with us. Anyway……sorry about the tangent.
Just wanted to say…..YOU ROCK! And are my new bestie. I will visit you regularly. Thanks for making my life easier!!!
