What a wonderful looking group of recipes. I will be making many of them. We, too, make "Banana Sundaes". Just the other night we had chocolate marble ice cream with sliced bananas and marshmallow topping. Oh so good. Today I bring a little "change-up" for breakfast-Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal. Thanks for hosting an always great party, Tiffany. I am looking forward to seeing what the next Ingredient Spotlight schedule will be. Have a great week.

Interesting bit of trivia: bananas are Wal-Mart's #1 top selling product.

We recently got two bunches of ripe bananas in our monthly food pantry box. My spouse likes to mash them in a bowl with some peanut butter and eat them that way. I've been throwing them in my yogurt smoothies in the morning. Not much of a recipe but here goes:

1 banana
about 1/3 bag frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, cherries, you get the idea)
about 1/3 of an 8oz. container PLAIN Greek yogurt
Splenda to taste
a little milk or water to thin the mixture

Process in blender or food processor until smooth.
