Wednesday, we’re spotlighting cream cheese and there’s going to be a giveaway too. If you need a deep, nonstick skillet then don’t miss Wednesday’s post.
I’ve also got two new recipes to share later in the week. One of them is for a yummy 110 calorie treat that’s easy on the budget too.
A couple of notes on this week’s menu:
- If you can get outside to grill chicken this week, go ahead and grill up a bunch, then freeze it. You can use it for both the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Ravioli dish.
- The 50s Prime Time Meatloaf will make 2 good sized loaves. Pop one in the freezer to bake some time later.
