This menu is full of favorites.  Don’t skip the chipotle peppers in the chicken tacos.  They add a wonderful flavor.  You won’t use the whole can, but pop the rest in the freezer for future recipes.

Italian Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Shells makes enough for 2 meals, assuming a family size of around 6 people.  If you have a smaller family, you’ll be able to get more meals out of it.  It’s perfect to share with a friend or stock your freezer.

Calico Bean Soup also freezes well, if you find yourself with leftovers.

As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Side dish suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.
