  1. I absolutely love your menu plans just the way they are – I get tons of ideas! one thing I know I’ve been looking for lately though is a bunch of meatless ideas for Fridays during the Lenten season. My husband, although a non practicing Catholic, will not eat any meat on Fridays and although the kids and I are not Catholic, I still try to honor my husband’s decision and provide meatless meals that we all would like. Tuna doesn’t do it for the kids and I, and although sometimes I’ll make fish and make the kids something else, I’d rather come up with a variety of items to choose from. We’ve done the “breakfast for dinner”, various soups, meatless lasagna, pasta, but I’m sure there are many other hearty and healthy meals that I’m not thinking of to add to our rotation during Lent.

  2. I was hoping for a sun dried tomatoes ingredient spotlight.

  3. I’ve been following your weekly menus for almost 6 months now and absolutely love them. Even though we (my husband + 2 toddlers) don’t always follow the menus exactly, I use a lot of the recipes to create our own weekly menu. My husband is a picky eater and will only eat hotdogs & PBJs if given the choice.
I would like to see more “picnic”-type meals or ones that I can serve cold or super easy to fix. My husband isn’t the best at following directions so easy menus with 4-5 ingredients would be great too.

  4. Hi Tiffany…it just dawned on me that I have not received my winning grocery card…could you check on that please? Thanks so much.

  5. another frugal week:) every week is frugal week for me as we pay off my daughter’s delivery..

I would love if you could label the season of our menus. I am from Australia and love getting your menus sent to me, they remind me to sit and plan for the week ahead. I can then tend to get distracted as I go back to your history to try and find what will work with our seasons

  7. I started using your menu plans this week and I’m so thankful!! I saved so much at the grocery store! We had Mel’s Diner Chili tonight and it was a crowd-pleaser! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

If there’s one thing I would like to see on your recipes it’s the nutrition information. 🙂

  8. I am really impressed along with your writing skills as well as with the structure to your weblog. Is this a paid subject matter or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it is uncommon to peer a nice weblog like this one today..
