January is nearly over. I didn’t make any resolutions, but we did change things up in our homeschooling for second semester. We switched co-ops and changed some of the curriculum too. So far, it’s all going much smoother for us. A month into it and I can say the changes were for the better.

Maybe eating at home more often is something you’re working on. If so, you’ll like this menu. It’s got some of my favorite recipes on it and they’re all easy to make.
