Back with another menu.  It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted one.

This time, there are several recipes to be done on the grill.  In fact, two of the recipes use grilled chicken.  You can save time by grilling a bunch of chicken at once.  Slice the extra and store it in a zip top bag in the freezer.  It will be ready for any recipe and you’ll be glad to save the time.

As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

Grilled Chicken and Cream Cheese Enchiladas, salad
Western Omelette Casserole, fresh fruit
Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Chops, Sweet Potato Fries, steamed veggie
Cheese Ravioli with Pesto, Red Peppers and Grilled Chicken, salad
Linda’s BBQ Ham Sandwiches, Quick Cole Slaw, Watermelon
Tony’s Tilapia, baked potatoes, steamed veggie
Coconut Chocolate Chip Muffins with Cocoa Coconut Streusel
