The menu this week has some of everything:
A quick pasta meal, a meatless dish, a slow cooker meal, a whole chicken with planned leftovers. Oh, and S’mores Pie, which would make an excellent addition to your Easter dinner. People will love you if you make it for them.
As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert. Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.
- Bowtie Pasta with Italian Sausage and Bell Peppers, salad
- Southwest Steak and Cornbread Dressing in the Slow Cooker, steamed veggie
- Vietnam Fried Rice
- Bean and Cheese Enchiladas, salad, chips & salsa
- Whole Chicken in the Slow Cooker, Roasted Carrots, Parsnips and Potatoes, steamed green veggie
- Cheesy Chicken and Rice, favorite veggie, Applesauce with Toasted Marshmallows
- S’mores Pie
