Menu, Grocery List, Recipes Year 2 Week 23

We’re almost half way through March.  The days seem longer, thanks to Daylight Savings Time.  I’ve even seen a few tulips poking leaves through the ground.  Spring can’t be far away now.

We’re taking a Spring Break from school this week.  We aren’t going anywhere or doing anything special, but it will be nice to have a break from the books for a week.  I’ve got lots of house cleaning and organizing projects planned.  The kids are thrilled ;-)

I’ve also got a few cooking and baking projects in mind -a recipe from a Chicago restaurant that I want to recreate and another idea that’s been knocking around in my head for a while.

On to this week’s menu.  As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included on the recipes in bold and on the grocery list in curly brackets {}.
