I am looking forward to this Ingredient Spotlight! Cocoa means one thing – chocolate goodies!
Unless, of course, you’re making Cincinnati chili, which has cocoa in it, but doesn’t taste chocolatey at all.
Here are a few of my favorite cocoa recipes:
- Raspberry Filled Brownies – This starts with a great 1 bowl brownie recipe using cocoa instead of baking chocolate. Feel free to leave the raspberry out and keep it simple, if you like.
- Blue Velvet Cupcakes – Go Cats!
- Coconut No Bake Cookies – A twist on the classic.
- Moosehunter Cookies – Intriguing blend of molasses and cocoa.
Now it’s your turn. Bring on the cocoa goodness! Link up any recipe on your blog that uses cocoa. It doesn’t have to be a recent post, just be sure to link directly to your recipe, not just the main page of your blog. I only ask that you include a link back to Eat at Home in your post. You can link directly to this post or use the button in the sidebar.
Remember to visit the other links and leave a comment. You’ll make that blogger’s day!
