If you’re the type who likes paperless, computer organized, and a program that creates the grocery list from what you’ve added to the menu then checkout Plan to Eat. You can add (and add, and add) all the recipes that you find around the web. Click and drag them onto a calendar, and automatically create the shopping list. High tech. Fun to use. Awesome!
If you’re more the type who likes to print recipes off the computer, clip them from magazines and even share handwritten recipes with friends checkout the giveaway I’ve got going on this week. It’s the cutest ever recipe organizer book. It will make you feel organized and pretty all at the same time.
Now, I’m the kind of person who likes to do both of those things. Love my computer, but I love books and binders too. It all makes me happy!
Maybe you’re the kind of person who likes someone else to do the menu planning and grocery list creating. If so, you’re in the right place. Just print this one off, take it to the store and you’ll be ready to cook each night this week.
A few notes: There are 2 recipes that use grilled chicken (actually 3, but we’ll get to that in a minute). The most efficient way to do this is to grill all the chicken at once for both recipes. You can do this on an indoor grill (like a George Foreman) or outdoors, you’re lucky to have nice weather. You can even freeze the extra chicken until you’re ready to use it.
The recipe for Cheese Ravioli with Pesto and Red Peppers also calls for chicken. The menu and grocery list plan for it to be a meatless meal though. So if you want chicken (or another meat, like ham or sausage) add it to the list.
