Menu, Grocery List, Recipes Year 2 Week 15

Every week I hear from readers who tell me how much these free menus + grocery lists help them.  I love hearing from readers!  And it makes me so happy to know that the work I do putting the menus together makes a real difference in your week.

Some of you like putting your own menus together though.  If that describes you, be sure to check out Plan to Eat, one of my site sponsors.  Plan to Eat makes it possible to save recipes you find anywhere on the web and you can also input recipes from your own cookbooks.  A quick drag and drop, and your menu is planned along with the printable grocery list.  Cool, fun and time saving!  You can’t beat that!

Another menu planning resource is The Organizing Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday.  Each week she hosts a linky party where many (hundreds!) of blogs link up their own menus.  You’ll find lots of menu and recipe inspiration there, including my own Weekly Menu and Grocery List.

A few notes about the menu this week:  You get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are listed in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.

Two meals this week use cooked chicken.  You can either buy 2 rotisserie chickens or buy a large whole chicken or other cuts and bake them yourself.  Shred them up and freeze until you’re ready to use them.  This is something I often do on the weekend so I’m sure to have cooked chicken ready when I need it.

Here’s the menu for this week:

  1. WOW… these sound great… will have to try a few of them out..
Hope you get a chance to swing by and check out our MENU.. (=

  2. I have your Italian Beef Sandwiches on my menu this week too! Just tried tonight your Western Omelete that you posted last week. It was good but I would add more ham (I halfed the recipe) to it. I also put a layer of hash brown patties on the bottom.

  3. Is that cute blue weekly planner availble as a download?
