Menu, Grocery List, Recipes – Year 2, Week 9

After I put this menu together, I realized it’s got to be one of the quickest and easiest of all.

If you need a week of simple, but delicious dinners this is the menu for you.

The dessert is Pumpkin Chip Cookies.  The recipe makes a lot of cookies, so you can stash some away in the freezer if you like.

As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

  1. Hello! I appreciate your blog. I struggle with coming up with meals and I don’t really like to cook ~ good thing my husband does!

I used your menu plan for this week and it helped me come up with some ideas for our family. Today is grocery shopping day so that works out real well. We have a very busy week this week and I am relieved that I won’t have to worry about what we are going to eat.

    Thank you and God bless!

  2. Great menu this week- We are chronically busy, and so quick and easy meals are the way to go. I’m especially excited to try the chicken recipe!

  3. I have made the salmon dish several times both on the grill and in the oven. It was really tasty except the time my husband was in charge of the grill and cooked it way too long. We happened to have company that night. Oh well….

  4. I tried your Smoky Chipotle Chicken Tacos recipe (substituting beef because it’s what I had), and it was a big hit! I’m cooking the meatball sandwiches tonight…

Thanks for the great recipes and helpful menu plans!
