I like the way the grocery list looks this week. It’s short. The reason is that all of these meals use very few ingredients. That not only makes the grocery list short, it also makes quick work of your cooking time.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

- Black Bean and Corn Chicken Taco Bake
- Bowtie Pasta with Feta and Lemon Pepper Chicken

- BBQ Chicken Fajitas
- Butter Brickle Pecan Cookies

I used this menu (or parts of it anyway) this week. I was quite concerned about the Black Bean and Corn Chicken Taco bake when I put it in the oven. I LOUDLY announced to everyone that I thought it was going to be a mess and that they’d all have to suck it up because that was dinner. I’m here to very happily announce that it was AWESOME. My family loved it–and so did I. Thanks for your site and the great recipes.
