We’ve had a taste of spring this weekend. Finally, the sun has come out and it’s warmed up a bit. I get to take a small road trip to South Carolina in a few days and I’m hoping it will be sunny and even warmer there.
The menu this week includes one recipe that gives you a bonus meal for the freezer. I love to cook once and eat twice.
