I spent part of Friday and Saturday shopping and cooking freezer meals. I’ve got 9 meals in the freezer now and hope to get a 10th cooked today.
One of the questions that people often ask, is if I have any good meals to put in the freezer. I’ll be writing about the recipes and cooking process in the coming weeks. I want to have a chance to try all the meals I put in the freezer before I share them with you. I’ll probably do another “Fill the Freezer” menu too.
As always, the menu this week has 6 dinners and 1 dessert. Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.
