It’s definitely early January. Cold, snow, gray. Sledding, hot cocoa, fires in the fireplace.
Our family celebrated a birthday and anniversary over the weekend. It was a good weekend.

That sounds like a good week. How about a low fat option week?
Kristal, I’ll have to think about a low fat week. I don’t know much about dieting or cutting out fat. I never really try to do that, although I should. I do have a great soup recipe coming up that has no fat and all veggies. I think you’ll like it.
I’m baking your cake today. It’s in the oven right now. Potato Soup for dinner and Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting for dessert. I can’t think of anything better!
The Cottage Pie looks awfully yummy too.
