Because we only have 4 days till Christmas…
And because most of us are going to have lots of special dinners and parties to attend and eat…
And because our budgets are pulled like Stretch Armstrong (raise your hand if you remember this toy)…
And because you just might be getting tired of cooking…
This week’s menu is easy, cheap food. I pulled together the recipes that will get you in and out of the kitchen fast.
I won’t be putting out a menu the week between Christmas and New Year, but I’m guessing that you won’t use all of these meals this week any way. You can roll them over into the next week.
As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert. The dessert this week is Frozen Fruit Cups. The recipe makes about 18 cups. Use them for dessert, side dish or breakfast.
