Fettucini, fettuccine, fettucine. I learned this week that there are three common variations of spelling for this pasta. I had been searching my site for Fettucini Alfredo, but couldn’t find the recipe. After more digging around, I discovered I had spelled the word correctly, fettuccine, in the recipe, but I used a misspelling for the search.
Bottom line is, I found the recipe and it’s on this week’s menu. Fettucini Alfredo is one of my go-to meals. Everyone loves it and it’s finished in the time it takes to cook the pasta.
The menu includes 6 dinners and 1 dessert. Serving suggestions are included on the recipes and on the grocery list in curly brackets {}. There is one slow cooker meal this week.

You have so many great recipe ideas that I can’t wait to try. I am actually on Weight Watchers and many of these recipes fit right into my plan with minimal adaptions. That Honey Hoisin Chicken will be on the top of my list to try. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
