I first brown pieces of bacon, then add onions, potatoes, and sometimes carrots cut up in small pieces. Is very delicious. I love potato soup and it is a good way to warm up your family on a cold day.

Yummy!! I haven’t had this in forever and a day! lol! Looks delicious! The way i’m feeling I could sure use a bowl right now! Cheese on top just makes it a little taste of heaven!

Potato soup is one of our favorites. We had potato soup with corn bread Wednesday night for supper. It’s always a hit.
I mix a few tablespoons of flour in with a little milk and add to the mixture after it’s cooked a little while, just to thicken it up a bit.
And of course good shredded cheese on the top makes it even better….
mmmmmmmm, yummy!
