I made this for my family the other day. We ate it all, but I wasn’t a huge fan. I think it was the cocoa powder. It gave it a flavor I didn’t like. I think I will try it again in a few weeks and leave that out. I’m sure if won’t change it much as there is still 3 other chocolate flavors in it. But thanks for the ideas.

Nicole, I think you could add a little oil or milk to make the cake more moist. I’m surprised he thought it was dry though, because I’ve always thought it was a really moist cake. Increasing the liquid should help with that though.

Okay, so I made the cake and my boys liked it a lot. My husband said it was a bit dry though and I was wondering if I added some oil should I leave out some of the milk?
