Right at dinner time my Dad and Step mom dropped and since this recipe is so generous there was plenty for them to join us. Everyone LOVED it! My daughter, who usually doesn't like what I cook, had seconds. And my husband said that this recipe was "a winner". He doesn't say that often. Thanks!
