Tiffany – I just discovered your website and it’s wonderful! I knew when I found your Parmesean Fettucini, I’d found a new favorite. We love this around our house. So simple and so comforting. Quick, too! Oh, and the butter…. is it upside down? I just checked mine in the fridge and it looks just like yours. Guess we buy the same brand.

I am so, so bothered that the butter is upside down… geez….

Great recipe! This is what I usually make for my kids when hubby and I have marinara sauce. For some reason, the kids are convinced that if it’s red then it’s spicy!
