Many of you have told me that your families enjoy the recipes and the grocery list has saved you time, and even money. Make sure you don’t miss a menu or recipe by subscribing to Eat at Home.
Now, here are a few details about this week’s menu:
- There are 2 recipes that call for cooked chicken. You can go ahead and bake up all the chicken early in the week, and freeze some for later. This will make dinner a snap.
- Suggested side dishes are given on the recipes. They are included on your grocery list in curly brackets {}
- This menu includes 6 dinners + 1 dessert
- One recipe calls for white wine. If you don’t drink wine, you can freeze the extra in small quantities for use in later recipes. You could also choose to skip the wine altogether.
Here are the recipes that are included:
Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Creamy Tortellini with Red Bell Peppers and Peas
Cream Cheese Banana Bread with Orange Glaze

Great job you’re doing on the menu. You’re simplifying things a lot for those who cook at home! Delicious recipes and grocery list is ready!
I will have to try out your shopping list and stuff. I am terrible at coming up with new meals all the time. I do make the spaghetti bake or baked spaghetti and the kids love it. I actually use whatever left over noodles, macaroni, rigitoni (sp) that I have in the cabinet.
