Andria, I think you could use chicken broth instead of wine. I don’t always have wine on hand either.

I made this for my husband last week and we absolutely loved it. I think this is one of the best shrimp scampi recipes I have ever had. So yummy! I think we will be having this at least twice a month.

This does look very terrific! I love shrimp with lemon and parsley! Those whole thing is making me hungry!
