I wanted to let you know I tried the Chicken Tetrazini from a few months back. My husband works about 160 miles from our home and I try and make him something he can heat up for supper on the 4 nights he is away. Today I sent some of that with him. He was a happy man. I did add a handful of diced celery and onion that I softened in a bit of butter. It added a little color and crunch. It was fast and easy and tasted good.
