		<description>You don&#039;t need a fancy pastry blender.  A cheapo one from Walmart will do.  Or even use a fork, it takes a bit longer but it works.  I don&#039;t think my mom has ever owned a pastry blender but she turns out awesome pie crust and biscuits.</description>
